Predicted from a single scan — a visualization to think with, not a surgical result.
Upload one selfie. Understand your face in under 30 seconds.
Refrakt analyzes facial symmetry, proportions, and harmony from a single scan — then generates an honest, clinically grounded 3D preview of how a cosmetic change would look on your face.
Three things we believe every person considering a cosmetic procedure deserves, before anyone picks up a scalpel.
A 98,000-point mesh maps every ratio, symmetry line and contour — plainly, without judgment. The numbers are yours to read.
Preview outcomes that are physically honest — not airbrushed. Dial subtle adjustments up or down, see tradeoffs in real time.
Share your scan privately with a board-certified clinician. Walk into any consult with questions already answered — and nothing left to guess.
One scan in. One AI-predicted future face out. See the contrast, side by side — and walk into your consult informed.

The same model applied to different proportions — same honest preview, no promised outcome.
Refrakt maps 468 facial landmarks from a single scan and measures the proportions researchers actually study — each one documented in plain language.
How closely the left and right halves of your face mirror each other, measured landmark by landmark.

From one scan, Refrakt's model generates a clinically grounded projection of your post-procedure face. Refine each parameter — millimeter by millimeter, degree by degree — and watch every feature respond in real time.
A two-minute session captures your face in 3D — at your clinic, or from your phone at home.
Our AI model predicts your post-procedure face. You adjust each parameter and watch the result respond.
Share securely with a clinician, and move forward — or don't — with full information.
Our patient flow is live in early beta: review the consent terms, upload or capture a photo, and explore your facial analysis. Nothing to install — your photo is analyzed right in your browser.
Open the beta and enter your invited email address. We send you a 6-digit code — type it in and you're in. No password, no account to create.
Tell us a little about yourself and we'll add your email to the beta access list. You'll hear from us as soon as you're in.
Refrakt models the visible surface region by region — honest about what it shows and what it can't.
Bridge, tip and nostril shape, previewed in proportion to the rest of your face.
Projection and definition along the lower face, balanced against your features.
Volume and contour across the midface, shown as a change in light and shape.
Fullness, ratio and border of the upper and lower lip, kept proportional.
Brow position and the frame around the eyes, previewed as a subtle reshaping.
Soft-tissue changes from filler-style treatments, shown gently and reversibly.
A short, plain-language version of how Refrakt sees a face — and where it stops.
Surface shape and proportion — how a change to one feature reshapes the balance of your whole face.
Anything beneath the skin: bone, healing, surgical technique, or how tissue settles over months.
A preview is a visualization to think with — never medical advice or a promise of any result.
We would rather show you an honest maybe than sell you a beautiful certainty.
Every preview is grounded in your own facial geometry. We model the change that's plausible — never an idealized face that was never yours.
Refrakt is specific about what it can show and what it can't. Surface and proportion, yes; bone, healing and technique stay with your clinician.
A preview isn't a decision. It's a shared picture you and a qualified clinician can finally look at together, before anything is decided.
I didn't expect such a small change to affect my whole face.
My surgeon explained it, but I couldn't picture it.
If I had seen this before, I would've chosen differently.
Seeing the preview next to my own face is what finally made it real.
It didn't push me toward surgery — it helped me realise I didn't need it.
I walked into my consult with real questions instead of a vague wish.
Honest is the word. It showed the change, not a fantasy version of me.
My clinician and I looked at the same picture for the first time.
A preview is a predictive visualization, not a forecast of a specific surgical result. It shows a plausible direction of change based on facial geometry — a starting point for a conversation, not a before-and-after contract.
No. Refrakt is not a diagnosis, not medical advice, and not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified clinician. Any real decision should happen with a licensed professional who can examine you in person.
